We are two minutes walk away from Hannah's Bay recreational area. The reserve has a newly developed wildlife area and a safe playground. We are also close to one of Lake Rotorua's boat ramps, making all your fishing and other water sport activities as convenient as possible. (Check our trout fishing information page for more details on trout fishing in the area.) The adjacent reserve also hosts a dog recreation area where owners can run their pets.

The Park is open all year and booking is recommended in order to secure your spot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The communal kitchen was well equipped, the staff at the reception was kind and the park was close to everything we needed. They offer a nice discount during the week where if you buy two nights, your third night is free. There is even a heated pool and a hot tub. On our last night, we were gifted some delicious freshly smoked fish. We would definitely recommend staying here with family and friends.
I stayed here for new years, and I can say, that the cabins were nice and cozy! Loved the carts! They were so cool! However it would be nice to use them for longer! The owners/ staff are so nice and accommodating! Would just be nice if the playground was a bit more safer for the kids and not so worn out!
wonderful place to stay the spa and hot pool that come with booking is absolutely wonderful to soak them cold bones. they have everything you need for camping over. i was in a van and this was perfect for me. the accommodation they have a lot to choose from had a look they are clean and dry and warm. staff are amazing husband and wife team. I liked the location out of town quite and not to far to town shop just up the road
Thank you Tracie, Kevin & Team. Our group of 24 really enjoyed our stay here. We had 4 camp sites and 1 cabin. The team were super welcoming and friendly. The facilities are a 10, super clean and to top it off hot showers are for free. Heaps of dinosaurs around which our younger kids enjoyed, playgrounds onsite, a bouncy castle and a swimming pool free to campers. Overall very happy with our stay Highly recommend!!
Highly recommend this accommodation for solo/families/couples. Fantastic facilities. Awesome accommodating staff. Airport transfers. Lake and dairy just down the road. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would much rather stay here than in Rotorua township. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable!
Stayed on a powered site with family. Enough playgrounds for the grandkids. Swimming pool was a blessing during the hot days. Everybody enjoyed their stay over the Christmas period.And there was a jumping castle as well
First time here, and first time bringing our puppy. We loved it. Great being in a secure location, albeit a little walk to the toilet for us with no toilet in caravan. Lovely park, clean facilities, friendly staff, loved the pool and facilities.
Had the family cabin for 3 nights. It was clean, nice with AC unit. However, some kind of smell lingered around all the time. All three days we stayed there it rained non-stop and the facility is pet-friendly I think so I assume the smell was from the pets that stayed there previously. The bunk beds also had the smell so it was a bit disappointing. Nice playground kids never got to enjoy sadly but the pool area saved the kids from going crazy so it was okay overall, but the experience could have been much better with sunny weather.
Very helpful and friendly staff. facilities were always spotless and clean and the campground is full of facilities for kids of most ages. Great to-go place
This is such a great camp ground, lots for families to do. Managers really friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks for the great stay. Fully recommend.
