Great location right on the waterfront with beautiful harbour views.nThe rooms are a little dated, but they were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.nEasy walking distance to everything in town and a great place to stay overall.

I'd give more stars if possible. Waterfront apartment was amazing. I could live there. Great value in off season. Fantastic staff, Kat was very friendly and accommodated my early arrival. Very central to all of Akaroas charms. Hopefully return one day.

Room condition is good, a small kitchen with most essentials but no fridge & a lounge with TV.nnRestaurants & Supermarket are all within walking distance.nnGiven ratings base the setup, great condition of the room & facilities. 1N stay but would have extended if we are not tight on trip itinerary.nnThank you, we had a relaxing time with great waterfront view!

What a lovely property in a charming town. Our waterfront balcony provided a peaceful setting for drinking wine and watching the sun going down over the water. Very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Whilst visiting my brother, his wife and family from the UK in January/Fenruary we visited Akaroa and stayed ay the Akaroa Waterfront Motel.  What an absolute pleasure, the apartment was clean, bright and comafatable, and the view was amazing.  Akaroa itself is a little gem, it must be one of the most perfect places to visit.  So many thanks to the motel and the people of Akaroa for making the place so welcoming.
