5 starts for the amazing people working there but this insane awful ringing when someone comes in and out of the door is absolute torture! No human being should have to listen to that all day, worst than McDonalds…
I was using the ATM when a screen popped up that I couldn't understand & had never seen before. I tried resolving the issue twice on my own but couldn't figure it out. I asked the employee to help me & he was instantly agitated. He came over & just repeatedly said to me in a raised voice 'JUST READ THE SCREEN, READ THE SCREEN'. He kept raising his voice at me. I figured out how to work it on my own & I said to him 'You're yelling at me man! and he said to me in his raised voice 'You're yelling at me!!!' I wasn't yelling. My fiancé came in from outside because he was concerned about the commotion. It was alarming to feel intimidated by a male employee as a result of me asking for help, especially with an ATM problem which is kind of sensitive!. Very concerning service, I felt unsafe in this situation as a direct result of this employee. Glad my fiancé was there.
Coolangatta 7 eleven the one just down from Domino's is run by a beautiful local family who for years have fed and offered warm drinks cold drinks always with a smile and great service...nUnlike most 7 eleven you can get a sausage roll every time because staff and owners care and restock as necessary..clean and easy to navigate even when wobbly.....a safe haven for food and hot drink on a freezing winter night or a refreshing drink in cool air-conditioned comfort on a hot heatwave day...5 stars easy
Like they're slushies, nice and refreshing, would recommend going
