Staff are reasonably friendly but don’t make any effort to make you feel welcome. Have been here a number of times late at night and no staff could be found, had to drive down to the next 7 Eleven when I thought my car was going to run out of fuel. They have most things that 7 elevens have CFC but the range is quite small - it’s definitely a lot smaller than most stores within this franchise. Fuel prices are generally pretty reasonable though.
The smell of urine in the toulets will make you want to spew. The worst smell in a public toilet I have ever been in . Disgusting.to the point the council should be informed
Very disappointing service! While purchasing an iced coffee, I encountered an issue with the cup, causing the ice to spill when lightly shaken. Despite purchasing a replacement, I felt uncomfortable with the way a staff member named Shoeb handled the situation. He seemed frustrated and called me an idiot, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. Additionally, he threatened to involve the authorities simply because I refused to pay for the damaged cup. While I understand the need to compensate for the cup, I was disappointed by Shoeb's behavior. It would have been more appropriate for him to address the issue calmly and respectfully.nnOne thing to note is that there was no indication on the cup stating that it shouldn't be shaken. Therefore, I found it unfair to hold me responsible for the damage. It was my right to refuse payment for the defective item. Despite this, I eventually paid for it, but I'm still puzzled as to why Shoeb felt the need to insult me. It's important for staff to handle such situations with professionalism and courtesy.nnI hope this feedback can lead to better customer service in the future.
I can post a picture and video of the clerk sitting and doing nothing and also all of the boxes and mess in the store, but the hardest thing is that he thought I was horrible to expect to be served while he played on his phone.
Big of drama here. There was a punch on. Pretty scary. I was a little bit frightened. At least there is a really good McDonald's next door
