Service is appalling I asked for a student go card they wouldn't give me one they said I needed a child go card when I had a student ID I given $20 to put on the card that I only put five dollars on it and they took my $20 what a rip-off never going back there again

I am outraged. Today I visted this 7 11 and the service was atrocious. I intended to purchase a go card and the employee suggested anoter option after stating what we needed and intended to use the go card for. This option was poorly explained and after purchase we were left very confused. After finally figuring it out we discovering that this employee had sold us the completly wrong option and once we went up and asked for our moeny back he said that he couldnt do anything about it and was extremely rude! I will never visit this establishment ever again as this has ruined my day!
