Sam has a very chirpy and fun personality, loved the jokes and how she would relate to me. Car was back in the shop 1 week after purchase, treated as a hinderance with no urgency or apologies. Car was not washed nor even touched after repair when a full detail was promised. Initial experience was great, until they had their money. Leah from service tried her best and was excellent.
