Bought two cars from them in last 2.5 years from same salesman. Great clean larger dealership, very clean vehicle service reception area. Staff always friendly and helpfull

Usually a positive experience but perhaps the holidays contributed. Felt invisible this morning. A looong wait for service and no sense of urgency about catching the courtesy bus. Missed it & had to wait an hour, ignored for several minutes by surly cafe staff AND, to top it off, had country music piped through the place the whole time. A real exercise in patience. Hope they do a good job on the car at least😬

The customer service representatives need to pick up their game I got more help from other employees ( mechanic) who truly wanted to help

I've been here a few times, and I can confidently say this dealership lacks the professionalism and courtesy required to receive anything greater than one star. All three of my experiences in buying car parts and bringing my car in to be inspected has been extremely disappointing. I wouldn't even recommend purchasing a car from this group. As a consumer, my interactions with this group have been some of the worst I have ever experienced.
