From the day of ordering my car I cannot fault Mike Carney Toyota staff. They kept me up to date on each step of the vehicles progress. The eta was spot on and a special thanks to Rick for his patience and willingness to show an old head the mod cons of the vehicle
Would give them a 0 in customer service if I had the option. Called previous owner of the vehicle and cancelled the service when they said the car had been sold. Staff then proceeded to tell us that it was OUR fault that the car was not booked in despite having screen shots to prove that we had done our part. When picking the car up my wife was told she didn't look like she could afford the car. This was only a small portion of what happened in 1 service.
Worst Customer Care Experience!!! I visited this dealership to enquire about a new car. The receptionist was abrupt and discourteous, struggled to understand my simple query, instead made a presumption that I was there to buy a car to use it for Uber!! as interpreted by her clarification later She also had an attitude when I insisted on speaking to a sales rep. This was after leaving several messages over the phone earlier. I had an unexpected phone call on a Saturday by a sales rep Liam to inform that they have 3x cars Kluger in stock, with one being the demo vehicle that I could try if I visited their showroom that day. I did visit their showroom only to be told that the car had been sold which was literally 30-min from the time I received the phone call. Instead, I was shown the other 2x expensive versions of car and another smaller car without me asking. I was also made to sit and watch a promo video on a screen, before informing that the car in question was non-existent. What a joke. I'm used to good customer care at other dealerships abroad, but this was a shocking experience by any standards! I will certainly not be buying a Toyota, at least not from this dealership and will go a step further to advise my hospital work colleagues to steer clear of this awful dealership. NB: Please don't bother writing a stock response with advice to email or contact someone at your firm to deal with my queries, as I'm not prepared to waste my valuable time any further. I'd strongly advise you to take a look all the negative reviews that you've received so far on Google and learn from their feedback.

Over the years I have bought a new corolla and camry and now looking for a van around $50,000 I live say 7 klms from carney and I'll continue to buy from toyota ayr.
Have had nothing but trouble with the service from earlier this year. I organised a test drive with one salesperson, had a different person on the day, the original person left never heard back from the person who took me on the test drive and have had 2 more salespeople since then. When spending over $50k on a car you would think you would have outstanding customer service. Production of my vehicle is yet to commence so it's going to be a long process between now and receiving my vehicle.
The staff are so helpful and the coffee van has the best brews awesome job thank you all cheers.
