Been dealing with Zoltans for over ten year and I can’t begin to tell you how much I’ve saved. Both by purchasing products at a great price and the advice they’ve given to me. Nothing like dealing with a small business where the owners continue to put their heart and soul in to it. It’s a rarity this day and age. Highly recommended.
I have been travelling from Bentleigh 3 times a year to Zoltans. For many years 25 They are fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable. I bring my water sample in, they test it, they in return give me a full page procedure 1-8 steps on what is required with my pool. Majority of the times with very minimum expense. They don’t rip you off with, you need this and you need that, like the pool shops out my way. Keep up the great work guys.
I bring in my water sample in my empty fish food container, they test it , with a whiz , bank and shabang done within minutes, with minimum expense or nothing at all. but i always walk out with something as they are very reasonable price, compared to others. Very knowledgeable and customer service is great.
Whomever said good service is gone, obviously hasn't come here. They had all the answers I was after, helped me make a decision and gave me advice. I could not recommend this business any higher. 10/10 for service. 10/10 for knowledge. 10/10 for price. A true hidden gem for pool supplies. Keep up the great work!
Our family have shopped at this pool shop a handful times due to it being in close proximity to our home, however the experiences have not been pleasent. On one occasion we were given supplies, without chlorine which was questionable as it hadn't been topped up in a couple months. Should have trusted our gut. We followed instructions given. To our disappointment the pool gradually turned green and grew algae on the cleaner and some walls. When reaching out to the shop owner he dismissed and demeaned us, getting seemingly angry and accusing us of calling him a liar and said he "knew what he was doing"... even after showing him a picture of the green pool taken 3-4 days after leaving it this long in hopes it would clear up. After going back and forth a short while we left without resolving a thing, and haven't been back. Overall the experience felt rude, scheming, and dismissive. We've since found another pool shop that treat us like valued customers, answering any wuestions with good spirit, unlike our experiences here. Edit: Judging by your poor responses I see you haven't changed, that's fine. Your service is no longer needed. We still have the pictures of our then green pool you dismissed and grumbled to us over. Shame you couldn't and still can't take any criticism. Poor professionalism and attitude. Real shame.
Lovely owners! Cant recommend then enough. I loved the encouragement and confidence I received. They helped us and guided us into our first steps into owning a pool. Thank You! Will surely be back!
Not very helpful, very abrupt, no i am not a regular shopper at this shop, which makes me feel even less likely to go again and no I am not a rival pool shop owner, just a person wanting to learn more on how to care for my pool. I had thought after all the positive reviews I had read plus a recommendation I might have hit a jackpot, but unfortunately very poor customer service very disappointed. Clearly don't want new customers. **with the arrogance of your response clearly to everyone they can see your not a very positive business. No I am not a regular customer and will never ever be one again. How can you have new customers or regular customers with your poor attitude? People want quality customer service nowadays and believe me with your attitude being pure arrogance and with your believing belittling people in your reviews response to customers whom just clearly wanting advise when in your store is a bad move. Clearly uneducated in customer service and would be more than happy to go back to the Pool Show as at least people there are wanting my business.
Don't care once you buy something will not refund it's your problem. You said it was the best pool cleaner but just misses spots and get stuck. I followed the instructions but equipment does not clean pool. My complaint has fallen on deaf ears. What do I do now, have a pool that needs cleaning and do not have energy to manually clean it as I am unwell. Not happy!
I have been going to the Niddrie store for many years buying items such as pump, sand filter, salt chlorinator, pool cleaner, salt, chemicals etc. They have a great range of products, great service and advice. Highly recommended.
