Noone Imagewear

I only shop at this place because I have no choice. If I could choose where to purchase school uniforms from, this place would be my last choice. For one, the prices are criminally high. Secondly, the staff are not exactly warm and friendly, at times their treatment of customers borders on rude. And the reason for this is that they know we don't have any other options, that we're obligated to buy from them, therefore there's no reason for them to be nice.

Call to check if stock available. Advised unable to give info over the phone? Need to come in store to see if item available. Really? As a parent that works full time Monday to Saturday this is Not an option. This is very poor customer service. If you can’t keep up with the customer demand you should consider employing more people.

Been shopping here for 8 years now in different times as I have 4 kids attending the same school. Each visit I'm being served by a different staff and I do find each one of them to be very polite and helpful. You take your number and wait to be served which could take up to 20 mins when its busy. BUT if you're in a rush or impatient, then avoid going to the shop on Saturdays. Go during the week and you won't be disappointed because you can have the shop and all the friendly staff all to yourself . Thank You to the ladies at Noone Imagewear, you're doing a Brilliant job and keep up the good work.!!!
