I've only ever had fantastic customer and this review isn't for the staff personally. It is, like most of the others, about the value for money.nnThis is the only shop that supplies my son's school uniforms and I find the pricing shocking and exorbitant. Since the individual items aren't marked with prices in the store, we have no idea the cost until we pay. I purchased one house polo for sports day and 2 pair of socks and the total was $97. It's unconscionable. And in my opinion the items aren't of a high quality; the house polo has been used for 2 weeks and it's already snagged and pilling despite my washing it in a delicates bag. It's only one example of many, unfortunately.nnIt's so upsetting to feel like you're being scammed- paying a premium for inferior goods.
Poor service for home delivery. Went into store to buy a school bag which they didn’t have at that time but said it will arrive soon and if I pay on the day they can get it delivered. Paid them in full and left my address with a male staff who took the payment to get it delivered. Received a text message couple of days later that it’s ready to be picked up from store. Initially I thought that might be a generic information as I had asked it to be delivered but got another text few days later. Then I called them to check, lady on the other end said, it’s been put as pick up and they didn’t even have my address on their system. I don’t know what that male staff was doing when I was spelling the street address for him. Then asked that lady to get it posted. 10 days past and still haven’t received it. Called them again and they provided me tracking number saying it has been posted. Now tracking shows that there was an attempted delivery but we haven’t received any card/ notification from either end that delivery was attempted. My father in law is always home, so no chance we would’ve missed it. Apparently now they have taken the item back to Aus post which is even further than picking it up from Noone. Called Noone back and was advised “they are not sure”. No apology for the hassle caused and wasting my time. If I had that much free time, I would have picked it up.
The staff are very respectful and nice. But the material of the clothes vary. Some are good but some are terrible. I bought these pants 2 months ago. These are sports pan which were worn only twice a week. There should be an accurate observation over the material of the products. We pay double the price but we get a worthless material.
Friendly staff, considering how busy they are, they do a great job. Their prices are bit high and some item quality is poor and fitting are strange
One of the poorest customer service ever experienced. Long queues and staff were disrespectful and impolite.
