Shopped at the Niddrie Store yesterday. Was originally supplied with one set of sizes with the lady saying she would be back to assist in a minute. We never saw her again. I then served myself! Then saw another lady at the counter to process our sale. Very poor service e yesterday.
I recently visited Noone Imagewear shop in Niddrie, and I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of clothing for multiple schools. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they assisted me and my son in finding the perfect set of clothingfor the entire year. The prices were reasonable, and the store was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend Noone Imagewear to anyone looking for school clothing
Older lady salesperson is rude with attitude... stay away from her. Just wait for the younger salesperson until they are free. Unfortunately this is the only store to buy my son's school uniform. Why can the company employ nicer staff to grow their customer service & business to avoid 1 star review. Phew...
The staff are generally helpful but they dont have a great system, it's always a long wait. Click and collect orders wait with everyone else - what's the point of click and collect then? There is a sign for click and collect order that supposedly has a separate line so I waited there for 10mins and asked if someone is manning the click and collect desk, was told someone will be with me in a bit which didn't happen for another 10mins so I decided to join the main line. I had to ask again to be served. So took me 45mins to get a click and collect order in the end including exchanging a couple items which was dealt with swiftly. I'd be okay to wait with everyone else had I been told on the outset, not when it's 30mins in. Need better system...
Typical cartel. No choice but to shop here as the sole supplier of uniforms. If you’re a working parent, too bad. You have to line up forever for the privilege of someone helping you to empty your wallet.
