Great experience in this store every time I’ve visited. Every staff member has been courteous over the past few months. Liam showed me a few shoes the first time I visited.nA few months later I decided to get new irons and my brother and I were professionally fitted for irons elsewhere. I took the specs for a quote from Chris and his team, where they beat the fitting quote by $1100 and they were $50 cheaper than three other retail store competitors.nI returned a couple of weeks later for a new putter, bag and buggy. Chris’ son looked after me and the service was second to none. My new putter was regripped on the spot before left.nOn Saturday I rolled in to look at a new driver in only thongs. James and Chris took me to the simulator for an hour and gave me a few drivers to try then a free lesson, in bare feet, then lent me the club for a few days to play a round.nYou can’t beat that kind of service where they remember your name and are in regular communication.nGet your gear from Chris and his team
Staff are amazing here and always keen to help out and offer their advice and opinions. Which is really helpful for someone fresh to golf like myself. Always find myself coming back here genuinely. I have such a wide range of gear. i don't know if there's anything I haven't been able to find there
Went there prior to my flight to nz to check out ogio golf bag and they were very helpful and matched the lowest price but couldn’t buy another bag due to my bag allowance as i already carried my golf bag. Overall experience is very good definitely ill plan better for next trip. Thanks.
During both of my visits I had amazing encounters with Phil whilst buying my boyfriend’s christmas presents. As someone who has very limited knowledge about golf, Phil provided me with exceptional advice and service making my visit quick and easy. When returning the second time so my boyfriend could get fitted, Phil booked us an appointment and was extremely knowledgeable during the booking. Service this good is hard to come by but because of Phil, I had a great experience!
