I received very competitive pricing. Az was able to send a measurer the day I popped into the store. He gave me really good options for carpet and allowed me to take a few samples home to help me decide. The carpet layer was very skilled. Overall I am very pleased with their service. Communication was excellent.
I had a fantastic experience with Carpet Court Essendon, we had a very tight window to get our Floors done before moving in. I was initially a bit hesitant to go here, but we found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Not only did they do their best to accommodate our tight timeline, they offered fantastic advice on what products would suit our house. Aziz the store manager went above and beyond to ensure things were done in time and any hiccups quickly resolved. Also a huge shoutout to the installation team Armaan who's attention to detail quality finishing has had friends and family and other tradespeople comment on the wonderful job! Highly recommended.
I highly recommend Carpet Court Essendon.Armin & his crew arrived on time & did a great job laying my hybrid flooring. Very professional & nice guys. There was no mess whatsoever left behind either.
Was happy with the finished product that was done by an external contractor. However, not happy with the service received. We had a quote done on site which was not completed properly. We then closed the business for a day to have the carpet replaced, only to be told it couldn't be done because the carpet was stuck down and this had not been communicated. When trying to reach carpet court on several occasions to cover some or any loss of our revenue, we were repeatedly told someone would get back to us which never happened.
I can’t thank Az at Essendon Carpet Court enough for organising hybrid to be installed at our new place with less than two weeks notice. He came out to our house after hours to measure up and also helped us choose an amazing product which we’re really happy with. The installer Michael was also great to deal with and an amazing job. Thanks so much guys!!
Firstly, they incorrectly measured my floor. This problem was detected by them at the time the were laying down the carpet. This delayed the carpet installation by 1 week as they had to order carpet to correct size. Quality of carpet laying was terrible. There is a hard spot at a one of the join sections of the carpet. Carpet layer said it was due to the glue drying and after several unsuccesful repairs I called the manager who to his credit came over and apologised, offering me $400 discount on $9000 job. Every day now when I step on this hard spot I curse myself for settling on the $400 price drop rather than demanding they do job properly
Recently I had some hybrid flooring installed. The service and advice was exceptional. I urgently needed the flooring within 10 days as I was getting a puppy. The guys at carpet court advised me on the most suitable flooring and the two floor installers removed the carpet and installed the new hybrid flooring with total professionalism. Carpet Court at Niddrie are simply the best and I have no hesitation in recommending them
I am very happy with the service at Carpet Court Essendon and would not hesitate to recommend them. Shariff and Simon were thoroughly professional and helpful with the selection of carpets and flooring. My needs were quickly understood and their comprehensive knowledge of the varying products on offer was a big factor in narrowing down the ultimate choice. The installation team were super; very polite, efficient and professional thus making installation a stress-free and easy experience. Great work by Aman and the hard floor team; same with the Carpet Team.
Such an easy, stress-free process! Visited the store, where we were given some excellent advice by Adam, who helped us choose possible carpets for our bedroom. He arrived promptly the following day, bringing our choices, to measure and quote. Was good to be able to see the carpets in the room, and to discuss how the carpet would be laid. The installer arrived the following week, on time, and the job was completed in a few hours. Very happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of all involved. Would definitely recommend this company.
I had shopped around for a while before making my decision on my floors and they were the best value by at least a third! I felt comfortable with Sean as soon as I entered his store. He was very knowledgeable about his product and happy to advise. I chose a laminate flooring and was absolutely stunned by the beautiful work Arman completed for me in such a short time. I would highly recommend this company for value, customer experience, professionalism and great product. Sean has a great team; Simon is such a lovely and funny guy, Arman is a master at his trade and Sharif is a star!
