Rubbish store! Terrible service. Very unhelpful staff, no one knows what is happening and for the third time the manager ‘Alan’ or ‘Adam’ is STILL not around! This is over a 5 month period! This place is an amateurish joke. So so sad!

Yes', that Other Hardware Store is not much different in terms of stock, however their stores are run by families who have mastered their DIY craft over the years and now they're bringing their knowledge to you! If you're having a problem or need some helpful tips, then I strongly suggest you take the time to meet and chat with the DIY FAMILY at Mitre 10 Niddrie. Well worth a 5 star rating, and highly recommended
Huge store with well stocked items. Great location easy access from freeway and major roads. Ample parking spaces available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Before coming to store I called and spoke to a staff member to check for a product, very polite and helpful.
Good stocked store with excellent customer service and attentive staff.nnEasy access immediately two minutes off the Tullamarine freeway, with plenty of parking.nnI called for click and collect and I was quickly put in contact with a customer service representative who found the item in stock by using the part number and told me I could come down immediately and pick it up. Which I did - I just drove into the car park and called them and they brought the item out to my car, obviously during the Covid lockdown time here in Melbourne.
