The staff are incredible. Unable to try something on being based in QLD, the staff went above and beyond to go in store and talk me though my purchases. My order was posted priority to make my event and everything was perfect. So grateful for customer service like this - it made my day! A big thank you to the girls who helped me - i'll continue to shop here and support small businesses that go out of their way in challenging times.
I bought a dress from Togah online in a Medium size and when it arrived it unfortunately didn't fit - I was so sad! The size up on the website was out of stock so I reached out via email to organise a Credit Note and the Togah team went over and above to help me. They managed to track down a larger size and not only that but they met me in person to do a size exchange. I really appreciate all of the help they offered. I would shop here again and recommend the experience to others. Very trustworthy brand and team.
Took the ultimate risk and went in to buy my wife a dress for her birthday . The service was exceptional and the entire experience so warm and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to all men whom are seeking a gift for their female partner. Thank you once again, the dress was an absolute hit and she loved it.

Very unhappy with the service I received. After changing my mind about an order I placed online, I requested a refund. The item had not yet been posted to me and they still refused to cancel my order and refund my payment. Definitely would not recommend shopping with them online.
One of the most beautiful stores in the area. Always updating stock with top brands too. Eva and the girls always provide great customer service and outfit recommendations hence why I always go back when I’m in need of a new outfit whether it’s for a night out, casual weekend wear or even gym gear. X
