Welcoming staff and lovely clean environment. Betty is the senior stylist there, she as always gives amazing tips on upkeep and does an amazing job on my hair, great treatments available, lovely hair products to purchase.
Daisy was fabulous. Listened really carefully to what I wanted to achieve and gave me a beautifully shaped cut. Made sure I booked my next appointment before I left! PPE and cleaning guidelines fully adhered to. Made me feel safe and valued.
Today I went to have a nice balayage. This is a salon that I have visited before and I wasn’t ripped off. I really hoped that I would like my new look taking into consideration that was done lovely last time, taking into consideration that I had two different colours. Well things didn’t turn out so well. I have asked for a balayage which is what I originally had though really grown out and I ended up with 3 different colours in my hair. Now when I first saw the hair colour it was really hard to see this because the lighting was weird in the salon and I figured everything would look different once I was outside. Once I got home it was a completely different story, I didn’t like it. Now not only can you not even tell that I did anything to my hair, I basically flushed £173 down the toilet and I am completely unsatisfied with the results. Additionally I was aware that the total cost will be £179 including hair cut £39, which I cancelled since I had my hair cut 1 week ago, therefore I was expecting to pay only £140 – deposit that I have already payed £33, that comes to a total of £107. Instead I have paid £140 extra when it wasn’t mentioned to me before It was brought to attention that I have paid the deposit!!
Turned up for advice, bleached hair at home, used a shampoo which then turned hair pink. Staff very helpful recommended shampoos to try to remove pink, even tried to remove colour and washed hair at salon I did not have appointment & it was near closing time, but they tried to help Once hair in better condition I will return back to salon to get my hair recoloured. I would recommend salon as staff were helpful and did try to sort out my hair colour problem - even though I had coloured my hair myself at home.
Went for a 're do on my hair which I wasn't happy with before Xmas and I am thrilled today. Much better service and a much better colour and cut. Thank you for fixing my hair and renewing my faith in your salon. 5* today!
They fitted me in last minute and my hairdresser I think she was called Scarlett absolutely transformed my look. I think I will become a loyal and regular visitor to this salon! Thanks everyone for a great experience!

Actually - being brunette - I was really put off from making an appointment by the very in-your-face promotion of treatments for blondes. Found that actually quite unwelcoming.
Love getting my hair cut by Betty she does a great job
