Where to even start? The service was phenomenal, Ella did my colour and she was fantastic and bright and bubbly despite me being her very first appointment. She worked absolute magic, bringing out a colour I never expected to achieve. I lovey hair so so so much, can't stop smiling!! Thank you so much Ella!
Came in to collect an online order where unfortunately there was no stock of one of the products, however Deb and Kelly quickly sorted an alternative for me and Deb also assisted in helping me choose some other products. Always such lovely people to deal with, greet you as soon as you walk in and assist in any way they can. Thanks again ladies : wouldn't shop anywhere else !
I had little time available, but really needed help on which was the best product to buy. The lady asked me a few questions and then immediately suggested the best product for my needs. She was so professional and knowledgeable it was such a pleasure, as i was n a hurry she respected that and did prolong the discussion. I took the product, and after using it a few times I have to say, she was so correct, it really is the best!!! The next time i need any hair products in the future, this will definitely be my go to store!!! Thank you so much for being so professional!!!
I usually love and enjoy going to this store because of how welcoming everyone is as I've been a customer for a very long time. I understand that there is some appointments that cannot be fitted in however I do not appreciate being treated unfairly for being 15mins late to my wash cut blowdry appointment. If I was pre-warned that the hair stylist I booked had another major colouring appointment it would have made me reschedule a day before. I feel really upset, because I genuinely always enjoy my experience at Hairhouse Joondalup. - Andrea

I recently had my bellybutton pierced by Gemma, she was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job. The receptionist I spoke to over the phone was also lovely and super welcoming. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get piercings.
My appointment with Rachel could not have gone any better. She talked through the hair service with me and suggested some improvements. I had not had my hair done since February and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Rachel is incredibly engaging and bubbly

The girls at this hair salon are amazing I recommend them to anyone. My hair dresser has always made sure I am happy with what is being done and my hair always comes out with results beyond what I thought and I am always in love with them. I consider this hair salon my family they are so welcoming and being someone who has self confidence issues this salon makes it so easy to feel beautiful. If you want crazy rainbow hair they do one heck of a job. Thank you Hairhouse for making me feel beautiful and keeping my locks beautiful
