I had my hair cut by Michelle today and I was so impressed! I am hopeless at knowing what kind of haircut to get, and she was so patient with me while I decided. It was such good value for money and I will definitely go back again!!
Good cheap cut at $10. Some operators do not speak sufficient English to understand what you want. My Grandson came away with a very short cut patches of scalp when I asked for scissor cut, and not too short. Luckily we had an extra week before he went back to school! Whereas Just Cuts in Noranda did a perfect job when I asked for exactly the same thing about 6 weeks before.
Thank you Bernadette for an amazing cut on my 7 year old daughter with very thick hair...she loves it. It was a shame to see so many customers disgruntled and walk away as there was a 2 hour wait for an appointment...what a shame the management did not put more staff on. It was a very busy Sunday.
Took my 3yo daughter for her first haircut and the hair dresser was rough, pulling on her hair and impersonable. I called to complain afterwards and was told I'd receive a call back, never got one. I sent a complaint online and still no response 2 weeks later.
Went here today as a second attempt to get my young daughter's haircut. She had had a complete meltdown in another salon and I'd just gotten her calm. Amy listened to all my requests to avoid a repeat disaster. She listened to everything but also went above and beyond, getting a good cut done regardless of if my daughter was on my lap, standing, needing a quick break... and she was kind and i felt relieved and supported and not embarrassed, thank you! We'll be back!
