Have always trusted this salon and have enjoyed the experience. This used to be my go to before moving to Melbourne and after 5yrs, I recently returned and it was as though no time had passed. The head massage was by far the best I’ve had in years!
after many bad haircuts over the years I have resorted to cutting my own hair at home. Because I am not a professional after some time it gets really choppy. So today I decided to treat myself with a fresh haircut. To start off, I called up beforehand to make sure I could do a walk-in and the person that answered the phone was very lovely and said I could. My hairdresser’s name was sunny, he was very quick and very efficient and knew exactly what I needed. This is the first time I’ve ever walked out of the salon feeling as confident as I am today. Thanks Sunny, I’ll be getting my hair cut here from now on :-
I was charged A$56 ffor shampoo and blow dry on 17 Dec. The hairdresser could not even blow my hair nicely. Great disappointment, should have gone to the hairdressers in the Shopping MallService: Blowdry

Love coming here. I have been seeing Leanne for the past 4 yrs and am so glad I found her. Even though I’m not regular, Leanne remembers me and what we spoke about sometimes up to six months ago. Thank you for always looking after my hair and me. The manager is lovely also and always happy to help. Keep it up.
Rude Hair salon!!! Extremely rude customer service from the manager and hairdresser. I had a colour consult and got a quote day before I booked my appointment , on the day the manger said the other girl made a mistake it’s extra $100. I was shocked and she gave me a sarcastic “thank you” when I left. I could see them talking behind my back.
