I have been using this shop for 14 years and it has a really good selection of hair and beauty supplies. The staff are all so lovely. They are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I love the girls at Hairmart Joondalup! Lisa, Trudy and the ladies are always so friendly, professional and extremely helpful with advice on all of their products. They have an extensive range of professional lines and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! There is plenty of parking and they are in a great location for me to pop in between clients. If you haven’t been there, do yourself a favour! 5*****
If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would. Absolutely disgusting service at the front desk. Lady was extremely rude and abrupt. I was picking up some stuff for my nice who just had a baby and couldn't make it down, and because I wasn't a hairdresser myself she treated me like a theif. Told me I wasn't allowed anywhere near the shop until my nice had phoned through her order. Meanwhile at least 6 other people walked thru the door without showing identification of being a hair dresser, and the only reason she stopped me going in to get the stuff was because I went to her for help. Once I told her I was only picking stuff up, she was very very rude, and refused to even let me in the shop. Absolutely disgusting.
Very poor service. Always issues here when my partner needs her professional hair supplies. Thoroughly recommend avoiding this place. Customer information is always out of date despite regular updates and messages are never passed on amongst employees.

Hair mart itself and it's stock is great huge variety compared to alot of suppliers. There is a few ladies that work there who are amazing but there are afew I find can be quite moody and off putting also I've had afew times when using cash I have been given the wrong change and had to pull them up on it. Very frustrating each time have to double check. But apart from that great supplier.
Hair Mart is providing products to Hair and Beauty salons. It has everything you need for hairs and skin. I go there get skin care products for face and body, also waxing products. I even bought hair trimming set, to trim the hair for boys. It's a very clean and always full of stock to supply the shops!

Very bad experience and there manager mislead customer and selling there product and cannot full filled their promise which they do when sell their product. Misleading staff , unprofessional
