Am a regular here, a lot of the time I order online. They consistently make sure to communicate with me especially if theres any issues with the order and have my orders packed straight away. When going into store, they're always very lovely, always come in store to a happy greeting and are so helpful.
My cousin went in yesterday and was treated so badly ! She has just lost her home in the Bushfires and was needing to replace EVERYTHING! The manager and staff member were too busy speaking to each other rather than assist, belittled her by telling her she was having a “mans look” for something they had waived their hands in the direction of where what she wanted was. By the time she got some of what she wanted she was in tears having to ask the staff can’t call them sales assistance and there was no assistance given if she could possibly have a tissue they did not ask if she was ok! and as she went to walk out after packing what she thought was all of her shopping they waved a hand at her advising she hadn’t got it all! The only saving grace was her husband called the head office and was phoned back by the Managing Director who was going to deal with the issue- which should not have been an issue in the first place!
The lady at hair mart Morley is always so rude every time I am in, brown hair , never asks if you need any help, rude about every question you ask. Would be nice to see some bubbly nice customer service as this is what this industry is about but instead it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Will be going to a different hair mart from now on.
I have been a long term customer of Hair Mart Morley. Without fail, the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The shop has a really great range of products, so this is my favourite professional supply shop. Five stars *****
