Came in to have my nose stud changed to a ring. The woman who changed it pulled the ring out of the display cabinet with her bare hands and proceeded to shove the nose ring in, again with her bare hands and without sterilising it. She jammed the ring in so roughly the inside of the completely healed piercing tore, coupled with low quality and unsterilised jewellery, infection set in HARD.
