The entrees of bread and dips was amazing. Probably the best entrees I have tasted in awhile. Great tasty portion for the main meal. The staff were gracious.
Great friendly service. The food was excellent both in preparation and presentation. Good wine menu. Highly recommended - in a central location
Beautiful fine dining experience, excellent service and reasonably priced. Well worth giving this place a try.Food: 5/5
Had dinner at this lovely restaurant...the service was excellent and food was delicious. Would definitely go back again...highly recommend.
Zephyr Restaurant is outstanding in every respect: ambience, lovely and attentive staff, delicious food, excellent wine list and cocktails. We loved it so much, we are returning again tonight. Truly the finest meal we have had in NZ during our many years here. Thank you!
Overall good food for NZ standards. Prices on the higher end in town. Seafood chowder was well balanced and tasteful. Our other choices salmon gravlax and venison were meagre in size. The creme brulee was good & generous but not up to European standards. Service was excellent. Come here for fine dining but expect to pay a bit too much.
Hands down one of the better if not the best food choices in Kaikoura. Less fried up pub styles, more tasty handcrafted and wholesome. Delicious cocktails, local wines in an ambient setting.
We were recommended this restaurant but we're sadly dissapointed. Fish and pork belly were dry and the rare steak was medium. The vegetables however were very good. Creme brulee, one of my favorite desserts was undercooked and runny. For a restaurant charging top prices I felt it fell short. Service was good and efficient.
Think this is the best place in Kaikora. We came into town after leaving Queenstown, smaller more casual place. All the food was very good - our group had the fish special, stuffed chicken, and cannelloni. Owner was really nice and came by three table several times. If you are there try it out.
We had dinner last night and could not fault the service or our meals . Seafood Chowder just the tastiest , Steaks cooked to perfection and the fish beautiful . Parking: Parking right outside Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access
