Worst customer service.nTotally Rip Off. I have week to week membership, and paying extra, because dont want to go in contract, and when today I went there to cancel this, they said , they cant do it, it will take 4 weeks, that means i have to pay them 4 more weeks.nnThen what is purpose of getting week to week plan, totally unacceptable.
Very Good variety of machines and it's a big gym as compare to other Zap's.
Oct 2022: After a full overhaul and renovation, Zap Moonah is better. Still not enough equipment, but the new layout and Reno have definitely freshened up a once sad tired gym. I would have been a five star rating, had it not been for a very unpleasant and rude encounter with a manager on site. Although resolved by way of verbal apology from head office, it still left a sour taste behind. Hopefully we'll be able to reach five stars soon.nn April 2022: Sadly this place is super popular, yet the owners have removed half the equipment. Once able to conduct a full rotation workout, now you're left waiting in an awkward queue like scenario for the one or two remaining items of equipment. Poor form.

Gym facilities are fine. Payment portal was bad. Always wants to charge extra without any notice. Happen twice.
