You have to cancel membership in person. I don't live in Moonah anymore, I don't drive, I don't want to bus up there and back on day off just to cancel membership. Reasons given by staff Georgia and manager at Moonah 'that's the way it is... You agreed to this when you signed the contract... We like people to come in and talk to us when they cancel their memberships'. I stopped going to Zap gyms several months and want direct debit payments to stop.

Equipment is amazing, staff that are there always have a smile on their face, friendly reminders left around.

DO NOT JOIN ZAP! They don't have lockers and if you have something stolen, which I did, they won't do anything about it. I was told it was 'too hard" to do anything about my stolen $300 headphones and to email their supervisor if I had a problem with it. My emails have been ignored and I was told it was my fault as I shouldn't have had valuables at the gym... so I can't workout at the gym with my headphones??? After speaking with other people about this I found out I wasn't the only one who has had this happen with Zap. People get away with stealing your stuff so there is no stopping them.There are plenty of other gyms that are just as cheap and better.
