Awesome facility can be a bit busy if an afternoon but usually not to much wait on machines.nnDefinitely one of the better gyms zap has in Hobart

I have been going to Zap in Moonah for a few years and for a while it was great. The staff are lovely and no complaints there. However I have decided to stop using the gym because of the overall unclean state of it. There is a very strong and unpleasant smell, particularly around the step machines which are often covered in sweat which is also on the floor around the machines and there is always equipment heavy 20K weights left lying around by users. It's become crowded and the car par is always full. I have also noticed that a lot of people are still struggling with the door app. It's disappointing and I am looking at joining another gym in Moonah and checking out what else is available. The whole place could use a serious deep clean. I also notice that I'm not the only person who has talked about the state of they gym - I have written to Zap a couple of times but nothing has really changed.

Love Zap. It's clean, friendly, affordable, good equipment and good locations. I don't need a trainer or group classes so it suits everything I need. I am also not very picky. So thank you! Glad to be a member since 2021

Holiday workout. Casual day pass was only $15. The gym and facilities were extremely clean and tidy. Great range of equipment. My expections were low after reading some of the other reviews but I had a fantastic experience.

How many times does a person have to complain for change. The door never works using the phone app, always left standing at the door with other people who can’t get in. Even worse when it’s on days no staff are there to help with this issue, get it fixed!!
