The staff are always friendly and the PT I have, Mark Hand, knows his stuff! PBF is a great gym for "normal" people. No lycra-clad gym junkies. Mostly just regular people in shorts and t-shirts, which suits me just fine!

Everything time I walk in the door, I am made to feel like I am at the most important person the staff have seen all day. What a great way to start a gym session! The skill, expertise and experience of the entire team shows in everything they do, from personal training sessions, to classes to facilities. I never thought I would love going to the gym but, with this team, who wouldn't?!

The Strength2Strength program for people over 60's who may have chronic conditions or may not have exercised for a long time is proving to be really successful. In the five weeks that it has been running all participants are enjoying the discussions on posture, balance, how to prevent falls and how to exercise correctly and meeting attendees who have similar goals and experiences with life. Lot's of smiles occur. Well done PB Fitness for this opportunity.

We always feel very welcomed. We enjoy the variety of the forever active classes. All the instructors are informative and professional. We would recommend the forever active program to anyone of retirement age. Come along and exercise with some very friendly people.

The best gym in Hobart, with the best trainers anywhere! This is the only gym I have ever LOVED going to. Professional, welcoming and convenient - what more could you ask for?
