friendly staff. nice atmosphere in the shop itself. it is run by young mgmt so just be patient and speak to them politely. they will help and serve you if you extend them courtesy.

Slow service. Last night delivery took over 1.5 hr and they forgot my drink. Today I did drive thru only 1 person working at 5pm. He was messing up orders and I could see other customers getting pissed off. Lucky for me he messed up in my favor and I got my drink for free which made up for last night. Food was better this time but you need to pick up your game ascot. I will was here as month ago and things went smoothly.

Had to throw it in the bin :( We ordered our take-away meals Vegan, but they came covered in cheese and sour cream. We had driven too far before eating them to bother going back ......so in the bin the went (I can't eat dairy for health reasons), and hungry I stayed :( They advertise that they can make meals Vegan, so I feel it is important that the staff should have an understanding of what vegan is. I won't go back.

The food was nice here and the drive through service was good until I got to the cashier part. The server charged me $4 more than the order server quoted me and she claimed I had to specify whether I wanted the tuesday burrito deal or not. (Even though i was already quoted the deal when i ordered).She did not offer to amend the price. Disappointed in this attitude but the food was tasty and fresh
