I tend not to post negative reviews, but I really need to warn other customers about this place.
Firstly, the drive through. I'm not sure if it's a mechanical issue or the staff being illiterate or not fully conversant in English, but ordering was painful. Multiple corrections to get the first items correct.
Which brings me to the second issue. Lack of stock. What kind of chicken store runs out of chicken fillets? Whoever does your ordering needs to lift their game.
On the few times I've attended the front counter, staff do not acknowledge customers. A simple hello works wonders; maybe that would offset the irritation of the ten minute wait for service.
When food does arrive, it's overcooked.

Piss poor service incompetent staff and they always have huge waits on food. If I could give u a ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD!!!

Any small business could never survive on these reviews.  Obviously not willing to change service. Waste of time and hope someone takes notice. Plenty of fast food outlets available.
