Quite disappointed with the service tonight, spent over 20 minutes waiting for food only to get home and find I was missing half a serve of chips, the rest were barley salted; they were also half under cooked and half overcooked, mostly cold and my burger had no sauce on it. Although there was no issue with my drink and the staff were polite enough, I’m still very underwhelmed by the experience and the fact that it ended up costing me more in petrol than the meal was worth.
Franchise managers need to visit this store. Toilets look like they have never been cleaned. Staff clearly do not what to be here. Chips were literally places upside down in the bag. Burger bun was cold and patty was only just warm. Has potential to be a nice store because it has a great outdoor eating area but its let down by its management and staff who have failed to show any interest in providing a pleasant customer experience.
dirty kitchen, rude staff, i walk in and order, get my food done in 40mins, but driver though and delivery will have priority to prepare and be done really quick. kitchen staff definitely hate their job and lives.
We ordered the family bundle and was nothing but disappointed and disgusting ,salty !!one reason why I hate I said hungry jack meals POV make the food with love I beg ..we spending money too
Waited 90 minutes for food. It was hot but only because we reminded them that we needed food so they made it then and there. I guess they forgot? Also had to go back coz they forgot 3 burgers which took another 10. Shambles. The burgers are better at Royals
Consistently slow, and consistently get orders wrong. Waited 20 minutes to get a rebel whopper cheese and medium chips tonight, didn't even get the cheese. Don't get me wrong tho, the service is nice enough, I think the problem lies in them being short-staffed and not earning enough to really care.
Every time I order from Uber eats they always stuff something up. And it’s happened to me 6 times this year at least with these people and happened nearly 4 times in a row.. re-staff or do better..
We went to this HJs just cause we were hungry and it was late and we were not sleepy but other than the long line that was probably mostly because of a technical issues or/and because there aren’t enough 24 hours HJs around in general, the service was top notch!! This was legitimately the first time we were asked to see if everything we ordered was in the bag and this service person was going out of their way to make sure we got our food and were apologized to. Hope this person sees this as well!!
This is third time I visited this outlet. Every time something wrong with food. This time no napkins, chips taste bad. After they taken the order they said at the delivery counter that they don't do popcorn chicken any more. They should let me know before they taken the order.Food: 2/5
Just spent $60 at hungry jacks in Belmont, only to get one wrong Burger, icy cold chicken burger, 2 other burgers not cooked, cold chips, cold nuggets, rang and the manager said come back and he would fix tge order, So he reimbursed $26 for the icy cold burger and nuggets and 1 uncooked burger. NEVER WILL RETURN DISGUSTING!!
