I always ordered pizzas from this branch but tonight was awful. I called up to explain the wrong mix up with the pizza. The lady hung up on me half way through the conversation. She said she was on her own and she is very busy. I get that she was busy but surely she would be able to replace a pizza that I ordered and paid for or refund me for the error she had made. I called few times, she hung up on me. Very disappointed. I will be expecting my refund from the management.
I've never had a problem with Domino's before however it just didn't taste how I remember it to be, granted it has been a while, possibly 6m or even longer but I was disappointed with the taste and the portion of wedges. We also received our pizza box with a bit of meat stuck to it, the driver advised to contact the branch, I called and they said 1 would get a free pizza the next time I ordered. I should have been offered a refund for current order not for the next one!
I ordered at 9.27 pm and at 22.25 pm still no delivery, I have to call and chase for my order, So over call, manager told me driver left for delivery 20 mins ago, After that he called me after 5 mins saying delivery driver delivered to wrong address. They still need 25 mins to prepare Pizza and send again. So I have to wait for 1 hr 30 mins after paying £23, great
Had the worst experience from Domino's Belmont Circle. They sent the wrong pizzas but wouldn't take any responsibility for it. The lady who prepared it kept saying she didn't get it wrong and was extremely rude. Didn't get a refund or the problem resolved as they were stubborn. Will not be buying from Belmont circle again.
If there was a 0 star I would have selected it. Pizza took 1.5 hrs to come and ontop of that the food was cold. Couldnt even contact them as they were closed when my delivery arrived. Never again will order from here.
I had a pepperoni pizza from domino’s and me and my whole family got a food poisoning…called and i spoke to the manager and explained the situation. I only asked for a refund as a principle but he not only refused but was defending the indefensible, worse service, worse food, worse store…shame shame shame…
I'm a regular customer from this branch always the pizza was delicious and perfect but tonight the taste was very awful and I found a hair I'm very disappointed with this branch
Placed an order an hour ago, they accepted the order but didn't make it or even send it out money has been taken why did you accept the order an hour ago if you weren't even going to make it. Fast opened 15 minutes ago and me and my younger siblings had nothing to eat. Manager did not call us or care and no one is answering the phone. Will now have to go through a long process of trying to get our money back through the card company
I had ordered veg volcano pizza..collected the delivery and it has been delivered like this ...this is the Pic when I just opened the box ..totally destroyed...how can I eat this ..worst service ever ..worst restaurant n staff too coz after that I called the restaurant to complain..they were talking so rudely ..I guess management should strictly look into it and ask the service staff to behave properly ..I guess one star is also more on this kind of manner
Ordered a large order . One of the boxes was vegetarian i called in to simply asked if they can take the vegetable of half to pizza due to my child's special dietary requirements. Manager named IQRA was so rude and did not care and said no she would not .Also said in a rude manner if i do it for you then i have to do it for everyone when in reality i was saving more money by asking them to remove half the toppings ..... she also rudely asked why i just didn't order another pizza like a 2 year old could finish a whole box to them selves . its the fact i didn't ask for much and got the dirtiest attitude i have been a customer for 7 years + and WILL NEVER ORDER Again !! I simply asked for a refund. date 28/05/2021 @20:50
