Highly disappointed! Whilst moving funds from 1 acc to the other 2min max process the staff member repeatedly asked “how long are you gonna take” then proceeded to tell me of the 1 1/2min time limit each car has in the drive through despite there being no other customers waiting.nnI then sat at the 2nd window for over 2 minutes before the same server brought 2 bottles of room temp waters and my food.nnThe food quality was appalling! Chicken patties look old, different colours & so cold not even the slice of cheese is melted. Instead of lettuce shreds, there is a large, unappetizing chunk in my burger.
As every McDonald’s I go to this one was also needing a good clean. I was surprised when I saw the company Initial Hygiene arrive and the girl went into clean the bathrooms.nnHowever, she was in and out in under 5 minutes. I went and had a look and she had sprayed her spray on things. Nothing was wiped or cleaned. I actually made the choice not to use the facilities as it was pretty gross.nnIf I was McDonald’s I would be following this up with the cleaning company as it was a complete waste of McDonalds money.nnIn regards to this store, the atmosphere in the store was good. Music was playing. Respectful patrons and the staff seemed very happy and were friendly. Props to Manager Alex as he was extra helpful and friendly.nnThe playground is also a great size. Unfortunately it was too hot today for us to utilise it as it’s outside. The aircon in the restaurant was also at the perfect temperature.
Amazing staffs. Fast. Friendly and helpful. Clean. Great food. And the kids love the playground. Good place to kill time after DFO or waiting to take off at airport. A few young people work here, filled with enthusiasm. Special thanks to Mia for making our visit enjoyable.
Can you guys stop serving fries like this and calling it a large fries? Happens every time I go to this Macca's bruh thats a medium fries at BEST.nnCan you please teach the staff that it's okay to actually fill the box like it's advertised? Or maybe they need to be less rushed so that they aren't basically flinging food at a wall and calling it a meal. I know it's fast food but when you don't even have time to put chips in a box properly or make sure that the bun is actually on top of the burger you all know what I'm talking about then clearly there's a problem and you need to let the staff just take a moment to breathe.
I recently visited a McDonald’s for a quick meal, and overall, it was an overall good experience. The food was pretty much what you’d expect—nothing out of the ordinary, but it got the job done. The customer service, however, stood out. The staff were polite and efficient, and one male staff member was particularly helpful in ensuring I got my meal quickly. It wasn’t anything special, but if you’re looking for a standard McDonald’s experience with friendly service, this location does the job just fine.
