MacDonald sent me the wrong food, I returned it, but the manager didn’t apologise or helped,I was going to order the right meal, but then I saw her not wearing gloves, scratching her nose and then handling food and packaging. Honestly, that put me off straight away, so I left. The place felt pretty dirty and unhygienic, which is why I asked Uber Eats for a full refund, that’s the lady who served me I guess she is the manager there.
While I was waiting TWENTY minutes for a single sparkling water, I overheard this lady who had been waiting like 30 minutes for a drink and the manager rudely told her that they were changing the syrups, no apology whatsoever!! She was very rude and said in a monotone voice “we’re busy.” With a rude look. The lady then got a refund and asked if she would still get her drink and the manager said “I asked if you were willing to wait for it and you said no.” Or something like that with no smile or apology, the rest of the workers were hopeless too. You’d think they’d be taught some customer service and cleaning tips because what I saw was terrible, not to mention the yucky tables pls train your staff better ! Btw the food was still very yummy just add more salt to the chips again!!
Extremely poor and dismissive experience as a delivery driver, driven by what appears to be poor management culture.nnI accepted a delivery order that was marked “ready” almost instantly. I arrived at the store immediately, only to find the order had not even been started. The sticker was clearly printed right away to protect KPI, not because the food was actually ready.nnAt around 11:30 pm, the store was almost empty — one customer inside and me. Despite this, I stood there for 15–20 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me. One employee was working drive-through, another was walking around the store. I politely said, “Hey, excuse me, can you please make my order?” He responded with a side-eye and walked away without saying a word.nnThe manager Cassandra or similar name was making coffee and then moved on to other tasks. She clearly saw me standing there yet made no effort to acknowledge, assist, or direct staff. That lack of leadership set the tone — staff behaviour reflected exactly what management allowed and modelled.nnMarking orders as “ready” to protect KPI while ignoring delivery drivers is misleading and unprofessional. For a late-night delivery paying around $7–$8, being left standing in an empty store for 20 minutes is completely unreasonable.nnThis store treats delivery drivers like second-class customers. When staff openly ignore drivers and management does nothing to correct it, it’s hard not to notice that some people are simply treated as invisible.nnAsk any driver what the worst pickup location is, and the answer is usually the same: McDonald's — and this store perfectly demonstrates why.
Absolute garbage. Decided to treat myself this morning on the way to work and grab a Bacon & Egg McMuffin meal. The girls who served me were nice, the hash brown was fine, the coffee was meh, but the Muffin?? Burnt. Rock hard. Uneatable. I dont know why your employees think its fine to literally burn the muffin to a crisp then serve it to a paying customer. So thanks for nothing I guess. I would think a partial refund or some sort of credit is in order so I can get a muffin I can actually eat at some stage...
Worst service. Waited for half an hour just to get a cappuccino. I had to ask what was happening and ended up changing to a soft drink. No apologies, and judging from other reviews, they don't seem to care.
