The reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating was the unavailability of the use of WINZ green card for petrol for travel home today. However I am often a Z customer whom enjoys the coffee and staff are friendly and helpful. Please management can I on behalf of the many other people in society request this matter be discussed with Service Station Managers and staff. Very embarrassed to be declined at payment terminal when the funds are paid immediately for the goods and services required by customer.??? Will be looking forward to seeing a great result with the outcome in this matter. Main point is it's only for petrol unless approved for other sundries from MSD.nThank you for your time and help with this matter.
We went to z station yesterday around lunch time for feed.nIt was very busy so we decided not to park just drop my co worker while we doing that a lady ran to us she was wearing a z station tshirts and start yelling at us you need to move your truck, we told her we not parking just doing drop off but she didn’t listen keep yelling we told on what authority you doing that she had no answer.nShe was very rude and disrespectful.Not sure how z can put their staff outside the building for traffic management sort off.nLater on I tried to ring z station number but no one answered.nThen some how I had their manager number Ranjit I ring him and explain the incident.nHe seems useless told me to put the bad reviews on the website .This was very disappointing experience even management don’t want to listennabout the behaviour of their workers.nThat’s why after that many bad reviews they still have same ridiculous service.Hope they work on it.
Very good staff and place. Clean and easy to buy and go. They have a ATM and nice coffee.
This charming little station could use a makeover. The electric vehicle chargers are sleek and efficient, and the coffee was delicious.
Toilets are disgusting, they need to be cleaned regularly and thoroughly! When it's not busy, it'd be a good time for staff to clean those toilets, cause that's yuck making people go toilet in someone else's dirty mess.. even the floors aren't swept or mopped!
