I do enjoy fish and chips on the rare occasion but I am so often disappointed. These guys are really consistent though. Items are always fried at the right temperature and the oil seems fresh. The pieces of flake are massive and my partner swears by the burgers. Best fish and chips in the local area, in my opinion. The reason for one star deduction is they don't always answer their phone. I have tried to call them when it has been close to shutting and I have been in the store at that time and have seen them ignore the phone. I totally get you want to go home guys but not answering the phone isn't nice and drives away future business.

By far the best fish and chips in town! Always fresh and everything is always cooked to perfection! The owners are top people as well!

Brilliant staff - always friendly and efficient no matter how under the pump they are. Product is always consistently well prepared in a clean premises. Fried items are crisp and without that old oil taste that plagues a lot of other local shops we've tried. Burgers are tasty. Serving sizes are good for the price. Now won't go anywhere else for our fish and chips. And if you fancy a cold tinny or a vino to go with it there is a liquor outlet right next door. How's that for convenience ;)

Best fish and chips I've ever been to, very friendly, terrific service and very worth the travel! Flake, chips, potato cakes and dim sims, on point! I usually order two or three potato cakes and sometimes get four or five randomly! Super nice 😍😋😋

The best fish and chips shop ever, the food is always lovely and fresh and nice and hot. The hamburgers etc are the best, staff are great and Brian is the nicest guy you could meet. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good food.
