Nice gym, quality of the equipment was low. There were bent barbells

Having had treatment for a cardiac event recently, on medical advice, I wanted to resume visiting a gym, after a long time. With that in mind, this morning, I visited three local gyms, and it so happened that XFC Noble Park was the third. I experienced great customer service here (the staff member is Jade, if it is ok to mention names), compared to the arrogance and coercing I received at the other two places. Jade was so kind to give me a tour of the gym, and show the available facilities. I signed up with XFC straight away, and had a work out immediately. So satisfied that I wanted to write this, soon after returning home.

Great gym and atmosphere... good music so you don't need earphones just get in there and get the job done.

Best equipment for Marital Arts, MMA & any other form of defence skills. Wide huge range.
