Hettich authorised seller, brought in a broken bracket and they had exactly the part I needed. Reception staff was amazingly helpful, and parts were peanuts to replace - would highly recommend
As a cabinet maker for34 years I have not experienced such poor ser ice and attitude. On line shows stock so I order and pay for it. Days later they advised no stock So purchased 200Hettich hinges .No vertical adj at all. Wrong plates for hinges so I order more plates then I am on site open the bag they sent me the wrong ones again. After calling them.to return them they told me I had to pay again and pay for transport.
Fantastic place best prices in town worth popping in for a look, you would be a fool going anywhere else, staff polite curdious and helpful
Extremely poor customer service. Approached them twice, & both time I was disappointed with their service. Have no respect for time and can take weeks just for quotation. Once provided rough estimate on butcher paper asking for deposit before giving final price. Never answer calls, and when leave message at front office never calls back. Even when one goes to the showroom will not come out to talk and simply say he is busy, leave number & will call back, which will never happens. On the last job had to pull the pin after weeks of delays, & ended up with lots of delay expenses.

Reached out to WT hardware because they were listed as a supplier for a particular type of hinge I needed. Got an email from Kevin at WT for more information, which I provided, and he immediately identified what I needed and arranged to ship it out to me. The courier picked it up at about 11am, and had it in my hands by 3pm. Probably a fluke, couriers never work that fast, but the level of service I got, the fast delivery, have ensured that when I need help again, I'll be reaching out to WT first!

Very helpful staff. Best quality German made and china made hardware products at the right price. Ample parking, bring your trailer.
This place is tricky to find at first but once you find it, they have the complete range of the Hettich hinges and fittings including sliders. Fast service, cheaper than Bunnings but that would not be too difficult to achieve. A Hettich hinge is made in Germany this store holds the replacement stock, because only a Hettich hinge can be replaced by a Hettich hinge. At WT hardware they have actual displays of sliders, and ideas, this part is great
