Made a large order, didn't receive and confirmation email so tried to call spoke to a lady who said she can see parts of my order is on back order but would be sent Friday. Tried calling today and phone has been disconnected . Order has arrived still no connected phone and they have sent the wrong concrete nails

100% do not recommend. terrible communication and service. 2 weeks after I placed an order for a concrete nail gun I called to find out if it had been posted because I needed it in a few days. they said they would call me back that afternoon but it would be  overnighted .  didnt hear back so spent the next week trying to follow up. They would not answer phone calss , return voicemails or emails. reaorted to social media posts asking to contact me but the deleted them and still did not call.  Sunday night some one texted saying it had been send and would call me the next day with a tracking number. I requested a refund instead. they said they would call Monday but again no phone call or refund.  had to buy a Simpson strong tie gun instead as i needed  it. much better quality and price. go there instead!!!!
