When order was placed was told it would be dispatched the next day (for either same day or overnight delivery). Called up three days later to ask why we hadn't received it and was told by the same woman who took card payment over the phone that she had no record of the payment. After waiting on and off on hold why she tried to find the record, she came back and said it was on backorder and we would receive it in 4 days time! Complete lack of communication and competence. Ended up asking for a refund (still waiting for that to be processed and had to ask for an email confirming) and buying the same product for half the price from Total Tools.
