Bunch of extremely knowledgeable staff. Never been to a shop where the staff know as much as these guys do about tools. Friendly, excellent advice, lots of recommendations and good blokes to have a laugh with.
If I could give this store negative stars, I would. After spending $12,000 on tools, I tried to return a faulty $1,650 Paslode twin kit framer and trim master. Instead of a refund or replacement, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to repair. When I returned after three weeks, they said it would now take 4-8 weeks. I calmly expressed my frustration, but the staff smirked and suggested I should just buy another tool or shop elsewhere. I regret my purchase at TotalTool and will never shop here again.
Marcel the sales manager is the best in the business and is a credit to Total Tools. Service and delivery is exceptional.
On Saturday 16th March 2024 my partner needed to buy products for work so we drove to Total Tools - Dandenong. We were greeted by Riley. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help provide excellent customer service. We bought a lighter flint cup type Cygwell, Safety hardhat full brim vented ratchet harness, Brazen Torch Propane combo pencil flame Cigwell, jug 500 ml, Blower 56v 1300 2x5.0AH Rapid Flat&Ground Nozzle Ego for work. The total was 1010.60.nnHe helped us bring the purchase items to the car as well. We could tell he loved his job as well. See you again soon. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Had the worst experience with one of staff named matt i went in to buy pallet jack at around 12.15 today he was absolutely disinterested in showing us around he literally threw our receipt on the ground when we asked him to put the company address which we requested like 10times he kept neglecting our request and walked off. Other staff member had to walk in and cater our request. Highly disappointed with the service never buying anything from them ever.
