I brought back some drill bits for warranty, straight swap over for new ones, Andy and Carey are legends would recommend coming to the Dandenong branch.

Dandenong Total tools is Amazing Not all tool shops are Equal they might have the same price or even beat it by 10% but they don’t know tools the Team at Dandenong are walking Tool Encyclopaedias especially Andy he’s the Man to see there he’s the Mr Tools of total tools the other competitors while having a different name they are far less helpful some of them are actually total tools nI wouldn’t shop anywhere else if your serious about tools

On Saturday 16th March 2024 my partner needed to buy products for work so we drove to Total Tools - Dandenong. We were greeted by Riley. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help provide excellent customer service. We bought a lighter flint cup type Cygwell, Safety hardhat full brim vented ratchet harness, Brazen Torch Propane combo pencil flame Cigwell, jug 500 ml, Blower 56v 1300 2x5.0AH Rapid Flat&Ground Nozzle Ego for work. The total was 1010.60.nnHe helped us bring the purchase items to the car as well. We could tell he loved his job as well. See you again soon. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Sold a dead on arrival radio, no refund offered then sent off to be repaired then given a brand new one which was also dead on arrival. $430 purchase haven’t been able to use for over a month due to constantly sending away for repair along with multiple trips to and from the store for pickup and drop off.
