Sam was excellent to deal with. He was so helpful and honest. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The quality of the flooring is excellent, turnaround times were way better than I expected. The installation was fantastic!! I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Sam.

I shopped at National Floors Dandenong,nThey helped me a lot in choosing and had very friendly, respectful manners and were very flexible.nThey had very, very fast delivery.nThe quality of floor was also excellent.nI recommend them.

I had my flooring done last year Feb 2023 right before moving into our new home, and the finish was poor.nnWhile the flooring itself was great, the edges were a mess. The installer initially left a large gap around the skirting until I questioned it. He then hastily filled the gap with wood that looked terrible.nnWe had to move in the next day. When I raised my concerns with Joe, he initially said that was the standard finish but then offered to send the same contractor back. However, I had lost faith and declined. After a few months, once we were settled, I reached out again due to the poor quality after being settled and having to look at these random gaps everyday. Despite paying $2,500, they said someone would get back to me, but after reaching out multiple times, they never did.nnI would not recommend them due to the poor finish.

I can highly recommend National Floors.nJoe and Van were very helpful with information, on what was turning into a saga deciding on what and where to purchase.  Very happy with service and quality provided by National Floors.   Thank you Joe and Jay and his crew who laid floor in a day.  We were going to lay ourselves, so glad we didn’t, their attention to detail was great.    Very happy with our new Hybrid floor.   It looks so good!

I am very pleased with the service and products for my new hybrid flooring from National Floors. Sam and Jo are very kind and supportive with their business. Tony did a great job with the installation. I would highly recommend National Floors for any kind of timber-based or hybrid flooring works
