I started loving the gym again after joining world gym Burleigh. I lost my way a bit but this gym is easy to get back into what you love. Great classes and lots of weights and machines. I also love the rule of not filming or having tripods, those gyms put me off.

From the moment I stepped into this gym, I was genuinely shocked. The equipment is pretty much the best you can get, well-maintained, and caters to all fitness levels from beginners to seasoned athletes with a variety of exercise to choose from.nnThe facilities are impeccably clean and spacious, creating an inviting atmosphere. The locker rooms are well-equipped with a sauna, and the overall layout ensures a great environment.nnThe staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Whether you need guidance on using equipment or advice on your fitness journey, they're approachable and eager to help.nnOverall, this gym offers an exceptional fitness experience. It's evident that they prioritize member satisfaction and well-being. Highly recommended for anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals in a welcoming and well-equipped environment.
I’ve been training here for just a couple of weeks and have to say this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever trained in here in Australia.nStarting from the reception, everyone is super nice and friendly, and ready to assist you.nThe gym is fully equipped and it has literally everything you could ever ask for and more.nAlso, they have the sauna inside, which is a must, especially now during the winter time!nReally happy to have chosen World gym Burleigh.
One of the worst gym experiences I’ve ever had. I signed a 24-month contract, and they charge you $300 to cancel the membership if you’ve moved or can no longer attend for any reason — or they give you the option to transfer the membership to someone else, which is what I did, paying a $79 fee.nnI had gone to the gym earlier to ask about the transfer fee, and they told me it was $65. Later, they changed the amount without notice. They also didn’t mention anything about a 30-day notice period the first time I asked. It was only when I came in to actually transfer the membership that they suddenly brought it up — meaning you still have to pay for an extra 30 days even though you’re not cancelling, just transferring to someone else. That makes absolutely no sense.nnIt really feels like they make it as difficult as possible for you to leave. I’m feeling really frustrated because it seems like they do everything they can to take more money from you. There could definitely be more flexibility when it comes to cancelling or transferring memberships — especially considering that with a transfer, the gym isn’t actually losing any money.nnIt just feels unfair and like the policies are designed to trap customers instead of supporting them. Very disappointing experience.
