Simon and his trainers take the time to really get to know you and understand your specific reason for being there. Whether you are wanting to lose weight, increase strength, gain fitness or just push yourself to beat your own goals, these guys are the perfect fit - for everyone. Starke Fitness isn't all about who's got the best body or the best Lorna Jane outfit, its about doing the best you can, whilst receiving genuine support and encouragement the whole way. Cant shout loudly enough about how great this place is and how awesome these guys are. If you have been thinking of trying something different, or joining somewhere new - make sure Stark Fitness is at the top of your list. You'll love it - like we all do.

Such a great place to train no matter what level of fitness you're at. Can't recommend them highly enough! I've been going for 2 years and never done the same workout twice, which is pretty amazing I think. Simon & Hamish make working out fun & friendly too. They love what they do and it really shows with how passionate they are at gently but firmly kicking our butts so we can be the best that we can be 😊

Starke Fitness has changed my life! I’d never set foot in a gym before I started training with Simon and Hamish and I was nervous, intimidated and full of doubt. Three years later and I’ve never been fitter, stronger or more confident and that’s down to the personalised programs and the welcoming culture the Starke Fitness team has created. Starke is nothing like what I’ve heard about other gyms on the Gold Coast, no ego or attitude, a lot of fun and they CARE. Highly recommend.

Simon & his team go way above & beyond being fitness trainers. They really care & personalise programs to everyone individually. Everyone is made to feel welcome & part of the Starke family. You get trained hard in a really comfortable & friendly environment and these guys really know their stuff. Love them.
