Uber Shape Transformation Centre

I was training on my own at a Gym for 5 years, I was feeling flat and unmotivated until I started going to Uber Shape. I soon got the love for training back and started to see some really good results with not only my training but my diet as well. The trainers there are super friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of training/nutrition. I would HIGHLY recommend Uber shape to anyone.

The personal attention, accountability and tailored programs made a huge difference to me coming from a normal gym where I was struggling to motivate myself daily. If you join and follow the program you'll definitely see results! Coby and the staff are legends too so go check it out

Super fun environment to train with plenty of variety in each session to keep you motivated. The trainers are educated and professional and are always on hand to assist. No ego's here...these guys buck the trend and set the bar when it comes to fitness & health on the Gold Coast.

Absolutely awesome place to train. I've never been a big fitness person, but felt really motivated to get in more often with Coby. He and all the trainers are so accomodating and help with not only the fitness side but also the diet and health. I can't reconvened them enough! 😁

Changing gyms to Uber shape was one of the best life decisions I've made. Friendly environment and great trainers that know their stuff. Small group training with a personal touch. Not just another number here. Love training at uber shape alongside so many great people.
