BBA is a fantastic gym. The trainers Benny (owner) & Adam are very experienced and know what they are talking about. They make you feel very comfortable and are very friendly. If you are looking for a gym that cares about what you want to achieve and have lots of knowledge and experience particularly in MMA then look no further this is the gym offers it all. BBA is just off the highway so it's very easy to get to and there are a range of classes that suit every level and time frame. I drive half an hour from home every morning to go to BBA, then 25mins back (opposite direction) to where I work that's how much I enjoy training at this gym 👍👍👍👍👍👍

This place is amazing. I am training to be a badass and this is the place! Ben is so uplifting and encouraging. I truly believe that one day I will be the next world champion!

Great environment and awesome coaching! Always providing motivation and support making everyone feel welcome no matter what your skill level is. BBA MMA is the place to be- great team environment!!

The atmosphere at BBA is incredible, coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and the team really gels and has a great natural chemistry. The classes are taught by current champions in the sport and both Benny and Adam have a great passion for helping others to achieve their martial arts and/or fitness goals.
