I am an owner and Coach at Live Elite CrossFit and our mission is to "Serve & Empower People To Become Elite Versions Of Themselves". We have a fantastic facility, great open space, very clean, superb natural light & good air flow. Our Coaching Team is passionate, with a unique balance of over 13 years Leadership, Coaching & formal education experience. Our team is very fortunate to enjoy the full spectrum of CrossFit education, as well as having one of Australia's best and most humble CrossFit athlete's as our head coach. Because CrossFit is such a unique style of training, only the most recent Athletes whom have real time, in the grind experience, can then share that genuine and current experience with their athletes and members. Still the most important part of Live Elite CrossFit is our Community & Atmosphere. We are a multi-cultural, women, child & man friendly team of people with the common goal to improve ourselves every day. Each person has their own reasons & goals however we all support and empower each other to obtain the best results possible. At 35 I can honestly say that I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Live Elite CrossFit and their brilliant coaches. These guys know how to push me at the same time as ensuring good technique. Do it, you won't regret it!
