I couldn't speak highly enough of the guys at Physiqueology. From the moment I sent through an enquiry, they have been nothing but supportive and completely pleasant to deal with. My sessions with Jared have helped me with not only building muscle & dropping body fat but assisting with my mental health also. Jared has a wealth of knowledge and has taught me all about nutrition, correct technique, how to breathe to assist my workouts & also to believe in myself. He has such a kind nature and motivates me to push through each session. I honestly can not recommend Physiqueology highly enough... my weekly sessions have absolutely improved my life and I owe it to these guys. Thanks Jared and Bill!!

I would highly recommend training with Billy and Jared  from Physiqueology to anyone who has a fitness or health related goal that they want to achieve.

You will immediately feel welcomed and their knowledge and genuine interest in your wellbeing and the support and encouragement to reach your goals is unparalleled.

I started the 12 week training and although I had to stop early I saw results within a couple of weeks! Really good supportive training and a nice space. I will definitely be going back!
