Just went to Lucy’s beach, totally exceeded our expectations. This understated beach deserves a proper promotion we found it amazing with unique reefs, fascinating rock formation, breathtaking blow holes, and….countless no joking — We have never seen so many crabs at any other beach in the world and the whole family had so much fun!
Witnessed powerful waves against the rocks. You can drive your normal car, even though there is a sign for 4WD only. Drive another 500m from the '4WD only' sign, park at the side of the road, then walk about 10-15 mins to the beachVisited onWeekendWait timeNo wait
Had a quick look, very nice the way the waves crash over the rocks, I will be back for fishing or maybe just enjoy the sunset Only problem you need a 4wd
Photographers dream or just explore: waves, rock, sand, sky. 4WD to access, just to be sure, as it can get really sandy.
Very secluded, rugged coastlineVisited onWeekday
A slice of paradise An isolated beach but worth a visit
Quiet spot. Relaxing. Sat and watched the waves crashing in after the Storm.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Sadly not signposted anywhere and nowhere are you fore warned that it is 4wd only. Given its popularity thought it would have a better road and would be signposted at Highway and directions posted along it.
Nice spot but if you have a 4 wheel drive else it’s a 10 min walk..
Really quiet little spot. Perfect to break up a trip and take your dog for a walk.
