On call service was 1 hour and 24 minutes, then after I had gotten my client number, I had to call again because they needed my current email address and phone number instead of just adding it to the screen when applying, and when we did ring again the current wait time was 93 minutes. Which I do understand there are a lot of people to get through, but maybe also have more operators on call and extra staff.

The first girl Meg was wonderful, Ana was wonderful, but on the second visit the lady on the counter was difficult and extremely unhelpful, and really left me upset,  she joined a case manger while I was speaking with her and brought her unhelpful attitude along. She is the first person I have struck who has had a attitude of don't want to help. I will follow up Monday, not acceptable.

Lovely helpful staff member. 10 minute wait.

It was very good and didn't take long,all done in 15 minutes.

I got what  what i need form them they  were very  helpful
