Was served from the moment I walked up to the counter. Maia went above & beyond for customer service. Very helpful & meet my needs & answered all my questions but also advised the process followed with all the forms required & maps. Best service I have ever had from the Council. After living in Gisborne for 6 months, we went home to our house in Palmy, when driving down and reached Napier district it was like arriving in another country as the roads were so smooth and beautiful, no more bumps and pot holes, honestly Gisborne counsel need to jack up there roading works ASAP
Just saw a video of an employee who tried to run over a member of the public. Absolutely disgusting. I really hope she's fired and charged.

Screw this place they spend so much money on things that don’t matter and things the City doesn’t need when they ignore that we need Basketball Courts in town or around the Netball Courts the Council is useless also something that could entertain the Youth and keep them out of trouble would be great like A Bowling Alley or a Trampoline club an Entertainment Center like having a indoor playground Arcade Games and such and maybe a Laser Tag place come on something
They moved with no signs declaring such. Useless.
