Sam was unbelievably helpful. We had been struggling all week with the call center to try and get our IRD numbers set up, he had us sorted out in very little time. He was also very patient while we collected the proper documents and was super pleasant. Thanks mate!
Their phone service is nil to zero. There in-person service might be much better, but trying to phone and get a real person is an exercise in frustration. That's progress, I guess......
Unapologetically lazy. Poor effort to make communication accessible and positive. An excess amount of redirecting from a bot on the phone to computer without talking to a real person for assistance denying any valid source for help.
Extremely frustrating service, if you can even call it service. Absolutely appalling.
Its annoying when your trying to get through on call and you cant!! Id recommend more customer service representatives!
