I am I high user of medication costs me $20 every three months....just changed pharmacy as if you get 20 scripts the rest are free for a while I have been going to Kaiti for 7 yrs nothing free even when I asked. Changed to pharmacy 53 and no cost. Guess I am not going back to Kaiti ever
Not about this shop but about NZ Post on line courier process - slow and expensive. Two days for package from Gisborne to Tauranga at $45. Return package was $17 overnight with NZ Couriers. Shop around first, NZ Post is overpriced and slow.
Waited in line for an hour just to be told I had to go somewhere else. Staff are not very helpful, one particular lady who works here is very rude and short and stuck up herself. The other one is okay, but still unhelpful. Steer clear unless you want to waste your god damn time.
Really friendly team, all the staff were super helpful with sending my parcel and the posty even waited until my parcel was ready to send.
Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. Waiting is very short especially when getting prescription.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cute giftshop items too and good parking
