Very poor customer service!!!! The woman at the counter said that she couldn’t understand what I had asked her and I repeated and again she said she ‘couldn’t understand’ which to me is fine as this can sometimes happen. I don’t know if it was the face mask or what but I have never had an issue with people understanding me but what I found rude was that she pushed a pen and paper my way, to write down what I had asked her, in a very rude manner and had a mean look on her face as if I was a nuisance. Her actions the way she pushed that paper towards me and attitude her look and tone of voice were TOTALLY unacceptable. It’s OK to ask someone to write it down but not in this manner. I will not be getting my medicine from this pharmacy even though I am enrolled at the Three Rivers Medical practice as I like to be treated with respect and dignity.

Worst pharmacy in Gisborne. Terrible customer service!! I had asked for help but the lady had no idea about any treatments and spoke very rude. Only worth one star because they at least had the product I was after otherwise I would give the big doughnut

Always a pleasure to visit this pharmacy, the staff are lovely and the pharmacist are extremely knowledgeable. Best pharmacy in Gisborne.

I took in prescription for my young girl. 4-5 other customers come in after me and was serve before me. I waiting there for 30min, very disappointed, no apology for the wait, no reason why 3 small bottles took soo long. Will not be returning to this pharmacy, I suggest going to other pharmacies if you you dont want to wait and be pushed back everytime another person comes in.

They check on those who have been waiting for a while. Friendly staff.
