I always get my scripts filled at CW because it's always the cheapest, so there's that. But today I also received outstanding customer service from the team in the Gisborne store, who went above and beyond to help me out. I knew some of the escripts on my phone were old and probably wouldn't work but I thought I'd try anyway. When one didn't work, the young male pharmacist zipped over to help the girl who was serving me. She told me he could get them off the cloud. He did his thing and handed her a copy of every current script in my name. She picked out the ones I needed, gave me the others, and organised for me to get paper copies of my repeats. I much prefer paper copies so I walked out happier and much more organised than when I walked in. Great teamwork and a very happy customer.

Exactly what it says on the box with incredible staff who do everything they can to answer your questions, and always with a smile

They are shockingly disorganised and the service is terrible. Once they accidentally gave me my sisters medications because we have the same last name. Waited 15 minutes today to get a script filled only to be called over and told, sorry this is just out of date. Waste of time

This place has it all to do with everyone who goes in come ouaat thay score at feeling that they scored a Bergen and thay do cheers
