Ummm my two steroid bottles were only 1/4 full and the boxes weren't sealed/broken. Did somebody drink it? This is very bad service and the people you have working there are incompetent

Quick friendly service... for a prescription, also a great selection of gifts for all ages.  Couldn't get in to see a doctor and they gave me an 0800 number for an online doctor so I didn't have to wait hours at the hospital. Thank you Pharmacy 53 you're the best

Was given the wrong prescription.  Then when returned to get the correct one was interrogated and made to wait again while they tried to figure out what they had done.  Perhaps some thought should be given that your customers are unwell.  Really unhappy with the lack of customer care.

So i was in the baby section looking for meds for Oral thrush, when the lady asked me if i needed help, i said yea i need a gell for oral thrush. Not for my selfnShe said yep and took me to vigainal thrush meds. No script or console.nBut when i said it was for oral, oh no we cant sell you that unless we see the thrush.nWent else where and bought it, over the counter with out console.

Friendly staff, shop is always tidy, great selection. Staff know you by name
